「We had a wonderful time joining family and staying in this cozy home for a few days. Prior to check-in, the owner gave us more specific, helpful directions as to the exact location. Walking distance to the lake, firepit available for use near shore, chairs to use outside, and a porch with outside seating was very handy. We had plans within Syracuse for one day and stayed at the house another. Plenty of games available. We will definitely consider staying here again. Small suggestions to improve...

「We stayed here as a rest stop during a long distance commute for a lacrosse tournament.The kids were 15 and 16 and absolutely lost their minds over the bedroom with the bunk beds. They immediately converted it into a man cave and set up their video games We barely saw them.The furniture was very comfortable and cozy in the family room, although no-one could seem to get the propane fireplace to work. There were some minor inconveniences like the sliding door on the downstairs bathroom closet...

「House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome...

「This house is small but mighty. Perfectly appointed and extremely clean, everything needed for a wonderful stay. Most enjoyed was the large deck and large lake front beach. You can't go wrong with this choice for your vacation!」

I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay.」

「Booked a few months in advance and Ariel was very helpful and responsive. The house is around 5 mins close to many fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, a train station, etc. There was an abundant of necessitys provided, I really appreciated the small touches like every dish and cooking utensil you could think of even basic cooking or baking supplies, extra blankets, bathroom supplies, a pullout bed, tv's with wife, the theatre plus a nitendo switch! A washer & dryer and soap!...

「We had a fine stay at this listing in Kirkville, but overall the details were lacking. Lots of spiders throughout the home, amenities were not all properly functioning (dryer kept turning off, and the toaster was defective), and there weren’t any extra trash bags that we could find. 」

「My daughter and I went to celebrate our birthday (same day). Everyone from the housekeeping staff in the casino and in the hotel, to the casino staff, check in, customer service and most of the restaurants that we visited were absolutely amazing. All of them made us feel special and made us want to return. I am bragging daily about your wonderful facility. 」

「We attended a concert at the casino and stayed at the hilto . The hotel is very clean and also ran a shuttle bus to and from the hotel 24/7 so it saved us the drive. They had a breakfast buffet that was free and a nice pool and workout room. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.」
