Check-in is very firm and have to pay for anything and everything except the pool! Other than that, it was a great stay

The room size is good but service is poor. I booked the suite with fire place for ski season, they told me the fire place is not working and can’t change room or get any reimbursement. Kitchen light was not working, seems it needs to change lightbulbs, but they don’t provide any service. Once you check in you are in your own. They don’t have reception area, check in location is on coffee shop cashier, any issue or even pick up clean towels need to go through cashier. First time & last time customer. No recommend.

Let me first state the staff is great! The ski support and Zachary with room support was exceptional! I feel they are doing the best they can. Unfortunately, the room needs much attention. Curtains old and torn, rugs stained and ripped, furniture worn and flimsy, BOTH sofa beds had old pee stains, bed found with hair from previous guest, glass doors with dirty finger prints all over. I will state the bathrooms and kitchen were clean in the room. Then around the ski store / ski gear / cafe and such - absolutely filthy. I absolutely understand the volume is great and would be difficult to keep up but when you see garbage everywhere, bathrooms smell like urine and stool and see no building services throughout the day it brings on great dissatisfaction and disappointment. Both the lodging and ski activities are far from cheap. It would appear business is good so not re investing in the property to improve satisfaction breathes greed. Unless of course there is zero guests outside of the winter season and trying to catch up financially. Which honestly would understand in this economy. If this is not the case shame on administration and leadership. You can’t charge this kinda of prices and have motel 6 accommodations. Lastly, I was NOT able to log into work on my computer. Despite the many attempts. The WIFI was downright non functional. Yet another sense of lack of investment on the property. Yes I understand a large number of people but absolutely time to invest in new cell tower!

The room was cleaned visibly but when we open drawer there was garbage in them and the furniture was no dusted. Good thing I had Lysol wipes. Besides that it was fine. I would still go again.

It was right on the mountain. We could see the chairlifts from our room. It had a full kitchen and was pretty well equipped for cooking.
Everything is booked and managed online, however my initial booking was handled by someone at the front desk (?) and they got it wrong.
It was worked out in the end but caused some stress.

It was convenient because property was next door to ski lodge area. It seems renovated at room. But electric stove was beeping sound with not working. We tried to call front desk for this issue, however no one came over to look it up. We could not cook dinner terribly as a plan. Only one bar opened in late night. Unlimited restaurant option. Towel Service was out of order at pool. Unsafe / uncleaned at pool area due to glasses all over during kids play. No life guard at pool. Kids made noises in the hall between rooms at midnight. No shampoo in bathroom.

Enjoyable family friendly resort for our ski trip. Great convenience to the mountain. Only area that drives me crazy is the lack of front desk and staff. Please move the check/in out of your shop and hire a couple employees to assist.

Request a 2:00 early check-in, which was approved by Manager Justin Mills. I also called twice to clarify the parking if I was arriving in the morning to ski prior to check in. I was told twice to come right to the hotel for a garage code. I wanted to plan on parking in the garage because my wife was getting over the flu and not skiing. When I arrived, I was told I had to park down the road and walk back. This was not feasible, so my wife dropped us off and spent the day in town, returning for our 2:00 check-in. At 2:00 We got an email instructing my to use the guest portal to access my room code. We went to the room, and the room was already open and still being inspected. The housekeeping manager was in there and very unhappy that we were trying to access the room so early. She insisted that I should have waited for a message saying the room was clean. I was only following the instructions in the check in email. I never got any email saying the room was clean, just one inviting me to the portal and giving instructions for access. I understand that we asked for an exception with the early check-in, but even after it being approved by the Lodging Manager, the staff was very stubborn about making the accommodation. The room was clean and we had a nice visit, but planning our check-in should have been much easier.

For the amount of money and amount of guests I found it very upsetting that they got rid of the front desk altogether and now have the snack shop attendee doubling as the check in agent. Literally selling donuts and checking people in at the same time. All to save the salary of one very needed employee.

Advertised to have hot food but the person at the "cafe" on the first two nights said the oven was broken. Check in person was not very friendly or helpful. Third night the check in person was helpful, said he was able to make a pretzel for us in the oven. 4th day the first woman was back at check in and said she couldn't use the oven. I said the man yesterday did for us and she was very reluctant to do so. She did, but complained about it.
Also, the area around the pool was incredibly icy and should have been monitored/maintained.
Overall, it seemed like more staff could have greatly benefited the experience. I am not sure if we will be back.
