Tiziano was great to us and did e ehe could to make it a nice stay. When we left, he insisted to carry our suit cases over the canal bridge, and would not accept a tip. We enjoyed getting on the gondola at the entrance to the hotel

Very nice rooms by Venetian standards. Very typical right on the canal and over a fine restaurant With pleasant seating right on the canal. The staff was exceptionally helpful. As you walk out of the hotel to the left, you find the craziness of the Rialto people stream but if you go right you end up in the quiet and interesting caneReggio section of town. The hotel staff provided a host of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. All of them turned out to be very nice. I wish we had more time to do them all!!

Great staff and room. Shower is a little small. If you have large suitcase it is challenging to take upstairs. The stairs are narrow and steep. However, great things mainly staff overrides those challenges.

Made me feel like family. Gave us recommendations of places around Venice. Made us feel safe. The housekeeper always came and cleaned our room, made it very neat and organized. Even when we didn’t need anything done she offered us water bottles! 10/10 would stay here again!

Such a charming room right next to a small canal. Tiziano, the hotel manager, was the sweetest most helpful person ever. Made sure we knew how to get around the city and always stocked up our room with fresh drinks and snacks. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We were warmly welcomed by Andreas. Sorry if I got the spelling wrong. There is stairs but also an accessible chair. The rooms were adorable time period decorated with a venetian chandelier. The bathroom looked recently updated. Quiet room with ac. The food recommendations were fantastic! Trattoria Storica seafood risotto was delicious.
