Great location

Great location with easy access to the water bus routes to take you throughout the city. In a great neighborhood with a local vibe and great restaurants just steps away. Quiet location right on the canal but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Island Hopping Base Camp

This was a perfect location - close to the train station but away from the pedestrian traffic - accessible to restaurants, markets and water transportation. The apartment itself was great for a couple, fully equipment, quiet and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and timely, Would reserve again.

Great Location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was easy to access and right on the water. Bed was comfortable. All on one level which was nice. Only minor comment the cleaning of the kitchen is not included in the cleaning fee. Not a big deal- we cleaned the kitchen before we left however there were no paper towels.

Great place, nice location

The apartment was very clean and very nice. Location was on a quiet street near plenty of good restaurants. 20 minute walk to basilica. Very great overall, would recommend!

Great spot when in Venice for a few days

We truly enjoyed our stay in the unit as it was well taken care of and the check-in process was hassle-free. The location was away from much of the hustle and bustle, so it certainly added to the charm! Water transport and anything you would really need was in close proximity.

Amazing home, perfect for couples!

This home was so nice to stay in during our time in Venice! It was very clean and very well decorated. You are just a short walk away from restaurants and shops. It was so nice being right by the water and made our stay in Venice feel even more authentic.

Peaceful getaway

Our stay here was wonderful! We were in the perfect location—close enough to walk everywhere but out of the busy tourist areas. Thomas was very good at communicating with us promptly. This apartment was the most peaceful oasis. Very clean and very cozy!

Only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper was provided for 2 people for 3 nights. The overall property was nice for the two of us and located near the water ferry.

Good location, easy to get around on water bus

We stayed here four days, I would have given it a 5 star but there was an issue with the bedroom skylight shutters that didn't close all the way so we got the early morning light shining in the room, I did message the owner and he said they can check it out towards the end of our stay, also there's no dryer or a line to hang the clothes outside in the courtyard.

Very nice flat that looks new

We enjoyed our stay...about a 12-15 minute walk from the Train Station. Nice quite neighborhood but yet close enough to the main sites. Water taxi right in front of unit. The person that checked us in was nice but very limited English and was difficult to understand but since I speak some Italian it helped. Be sure to bring your own soap and Shampoo. Stayed 3 days and enjoyed our time in Venice.

Couldn't Have Asked for Better

This flat is exactly as depicted. It was very quiet and in a perfect area. My girlfiend and I would walk 200m away to sit and watch the sun set over the lagoon. My only issue is that the water pressure was horrible and there seemed to be a problem with house flies...both super small problems so I give it a full 5 stars. You can't go wrong here.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Venice

Thank you Federica and Gennaro - your apartment is just right for a magical stay in Venice. The enclosed patio leading off the kitchen is a lovely added bonus. The apartment was lovely and clean and in the perfect location for exploring Venice - near enough to get to everywhere easily, but out of the main busy tourist areas. We loved sitting outside on the bank of the canal in the bar just down the street watching the world go by!! Everything was arranged really well and easily, even when we arrived on a late flight. The location of the property is really nice. Tucked away enough to not be plagued by tourist crowds but close enough to walk wherever you want to go. The only things that were kind of a bummer is there happened to be a HUGE construction trailer parked right in front of our door so the view of opening the front door and seeing the canal was completely blocked. I don't think it was the hosts fault but a little heads up would have been nice instead of a surprise. The other bummer was there is a laundry machine in the unit which I planned on using on our trip but there was no detergent at the place and finding some nearby was very difficult. Other than that the property was fine for a place to sleep and shower.
