More than TERRIBLE, I would give HORRIBLE...I have stayed in various Hotels, I have never experienced such a worst hospitality and accommodation. The real highlight is, The hotel management has shown us different hotel building which is not located inside the palm tree location. It was totally a hired building or leased building. I believe that they have hired this building, It was very poor standard property. None of the photos were available or posted in the EXPEDIA website while i booked the PALM Tree...I informed the front desk manager that the rooms alloted to us were not available in the expedia website, moreover it is located at a different location, there is no PALM TREE nameboard. The rooms are very very cheaper like sub-standard hotel category rooms. Hence I refused to check-in in that unknown block and asked us to allot rooms in the same block which was mentioned in EXPEDIA website, then they said those rooms which i booked at expedia are expensive rooms and i need to pay Extra Rs. 1000 for each room ( 5000 for 5 rooms ). Else they informed us to cancel the booking. After reaching the spot along with 7 kids and 6 adults, they had put me into great trouble. i tried to escalate this matter to EXPEDIA customercare team. However there is NO HOTLINE contact number for me to reach Expedia. This is actually bad. Expedia have to provide a hotline contact number to their customers when they are in worst experience. No lock for maindoor, No water in bathroom, No AC/ FAN
