「Friendly staff, nice accommodations, clean rooms. Water pressure for shower was very low, but it was hot which seems to be rare in India. Restaurant was nice. Walkable area so we were able to discover some local restaurants as well. 」
「The lobby staff are very nice and friendly.
My train from Varanasi to Kolkata was delayed to midnight, but I have no play to stay as the railway station was not very safe in night.
The staff let me to wait at the lobby until 11pm, and arrange a rickshaw for me to railway station.
I am very appreciate the nice attitude of the staff.

「Plus - Most of the staffs are very friendly and helpful (except one guy, he is a tourist cheater..was forcing me to go to his friends shop to buy sarees and cheated me lots of money)

Minus - I booked the room for 3 adults and I was given 1 large bed and 1 small bed and photos show them as well by the wesbit. Where as when we went to the hotel we were given with very small room with 1 twin bed and 1 extra bed on the floor. I couldnt sleep on the floor...
