「The location was practically perfect. Bistros, shops and grocery was all within a few min walk. Also, very close to major sights. As someone who likes to cook, the kitchen was wonderful to cook in. I felt very at home here. Our family would gladly stay here again!」

「Check in was after hours so a bit of a challenge to find the correct door and use a flashlight to operate the keypad in the dark. Air Conditioning kept the 2 bedrooms at 24C which was fine, but when hot outside maybe an issue. Balcony was excellent overlooking the square. 3rd floor no lift so be prepared to get your luggage up and down. Overall would stay again.」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Great location, great amenities, check in was smooth. This had everything we needed. Apartment sleeps six but we believe that this would require more cups. Also, there is one mirror which is situated in the bathroom. Another mirror perhaps in the communal space or one in each bedroom would be helpful. Still, we found the apartment to be most charming!」

「The apartment was in the heart of Verona with easy access to everything. The apartment had some a/c which was nice! Only catch was the listing is advertised as having parking available but it isn’t really an option. However, the hotel made fantastic arrangements to park in a secure garage and shuttle to the apartment. It was very smooth and easy, all for €32. I would recommend staying here.」

「We were extremely pleased with the staff. Since we arrived late, they made everything easy by explaining the process clearly, sending pictures, a short video, and even a reminder with all the important information. The room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the washing machine, especially since we were on a 15-day trip! We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly return.」
