「This cute, clean and cozy apartment is in a great location! It is close to town, the parks and the mountains. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be able to come back when the leaves change and the cooler weather arrives to the area. The only thing that would have made our trip better is if we had meet Randy Owens and Teddy Gentry in person. Highly recommend the apartment and the area if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Bro Dave's Mountain home! The view was amazing and the proximity to lots of other attractions made the location perfect! We did a nice road bike ride around the block-8 miles and only saw 8 cars. Then we drove for 5 minutes into the state park and rode a nice easy trail, which was perfect. Chattanooga is just 20 ish minutes away, so you can eat at some really good restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the ac worked really well. Thanks Bro Dave!」

「Very secluded area, lots of local stuff to check out, if you want to drive a few minutes. The tiny house was very nice. Enjoyed just lounging around away from it all. 5 STAR」

「The Ms. And I have been wanting to get away from our families(in the best way) and have some time to ourselves, without having to go stay in some crummy hotel, or some outrageous house. This Evolve property was a little slice of heaven with all the amenities, and inner workings of a home. We were able to make a short drive to Food City in Trenton(15-20 minutes away depending on who’s driving😂) and bring home a nice meal with all the utensils we’d need to prepare it there. 「Not exactly a river front home unless you’re able to hike to the river. Thankfully, we are hikers. No tv in the bedroom cost me hrs of sleep (I do realize not everyone sleeps with a tv on but I do). Otherwise it was peaceful and relaxing with many waterfalls to hike in the area.」

「The cabin was cute the view was awesome the deer came right up to us and greeted us as we arrived. Sunsets were so beautiful. We loved it.」

「The property was adorable but we did experience some challenges. The primary main floor bedroom had drawers/storage area that smelled like cat pee. There is a moisture problem. We saw black mold around the baseboards near the washing machine in the main bedroom, which may be the culprit on the odors. The shower also has not been property cleaned; orange mold was growing in the shower. Lastly the cooling units were unable to properly cool the cottage. We did communicate these items to the owner...

「This property is close to the chatanooga attractions but in the Georgia side so avoiding the noise and traffic. Can get on 59 for quicker access to Chattanooga central or enjoy scenic drives to the attractions or stay in and enjoy nature with hikes」
