「Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

「Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war top. Sauber, geräumig, und die Aussicht aus dem Pool war der Hammer.」

「Wir waren mit 4 Personen über Weihnachten in diesem süßen Chalet und es war wunderbar. Wir hatten sogar das Glück, dass es genau zur Ankunft geschneit hat und wir somit weiße Weihnachten hatten.Das Chalet ist super ausgestattet, die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und trotzdem ist man innerhalb 10 Minuten im nächsten Ort. Einfach eine 10/10. Auch der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war absolut vorbildlich Unserer Meinung nach gibt es hier nichts negatives 」

"Hotel is literally across to Bern HB, very convenient! And just across the street there is a COOP supermarket. Room was clean and comfortable, just one of the front desk lady was not very friendly, as if she's not welcome us just because we arrived before check-in time started. Other than that the rest of our stay was quite enjoyable."

A Four-star hotel in 2026! Misleading information!

"My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst during our short stay. AVOID AT ALL COST!!"
