「The property location is great but the property itself needs a facelift. Laundry machine doesn't work neither the electric stove. Dusts everywhere and stains all over the couch. The host communication was very poor and untimely..had to ask for check-in details twice.」

「This a great studio for a solo traveller, couple or family with young children. We travelled with our 7 and 3-year-olds - much older and I think it would’ve started to feel like too much of a squeeze because it is compact and there is not much standing space due to the pitched ceiling, but for us it was perfect. 「This is a great location for walking to the Louvre, Notre Dame - really worth seeing and the romantic Left Bank. Within a two minute walk there are close to 10 restaurants, and a fine chocolate shop. There are two caveats: you will be carrying your suitcase up two flights of stairs and the loft for sleeping has steep narrow steps - not for anyone with mobility issues. 」

「Great little spot to stay in Paris for a few days. Host Olivier was very accommodating. Very comfortable bed too! 」

「Overall a good place to stay. Has 2 rooms with 1 bed in each and then the couch turns into a bed. 」

「I was traveling with my 76 year old mother and 3 teenage children. The apartment was roomy and had more than one bath which was super nice. It was close to several Subway stations, food, and groceries. The neighborhood felt safe with lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean. The only SMALL complaint was it needed a little bit of TLC. The dining table was very wobbly and i was concerned it would come apart. Some tile, hooks, and faucets were loose and the foosball table was broken....

「My parents and I loved staying at this apartment! Very central location, close to the Concord and Louvre, and a couple metro stops from the Eiffel tower. The bed is very comfortable, and the small kitchen was great for making simple meals when we didn't want to eat out. Would stay again! 」

「I stayed at the property with 2 other friends April 12-19. In general we liked the property, it was modern and used only as a rental. However, one friend and I both suffered allergy symptoms while in the unit, sneezing and coughing. We did notice some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, so perhaps that was the cause. Hard to know. We also thought it was really inconvenient to have only one key, as that key is needed to enter the lobby and the unit. We did not request a second key, so not sure...

「Die Wohnung ist ganz besonders zentral gelegen . Die Seine - Inseln, das Marais , Les Halles, das Centre Pompidou usw. - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei Metrostationen und Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig - manchmal gab es abends etwas Unruhe wegen der Restaurants im Erdgeschoss. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.」

「位置相當好，到景點都步行可到，大廳也都備有咖啡機自行取用，房間也還算大，在這一區來說算很好，但是房間內設施算是有點老舊，但還可以接受，還有因為短期住宿沒提供打掃可以，但垃圾也沒辦法丟就有點不方便，因為有附廚房會偶爾開火煮東西，可是垃圾沒地方丟就有點不方便」

"洗手間比較小，轉身困難。只有頂層五間房間可以看到巴黎鐵塔。要記得帶備個人護理用品，酒店只提供沐浴液及洗手液。亦要自備拖鞋。"

CP值高但過於著重環保的飯店

"缺點：因為著重環保省水，淋浴蓮蓬頭每十秒就要重新按壓開關，不僅如此水量小得不得了，洗澡像是沒洗的樣子！房間內暖氣幾乎沒有運作，洗完澡大人小孩都冷到發抖，晚上睡覺還要包緊緊才保暖！優點：四人房空間大，三個大行李箱都能打開，旅館地點靠近地鐵方便，二樓餐廳輕食好吃！"

"The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"

"I can’t stop explaining how wonderful this property is. It is a beautiful and safe place. And you can walk to the restaurant nearby. There are. So many good restaurants there. And it just takes 15-20 minutes to go many historic places. My kids love it too. Thanks for providing us such a wonderful place and memories in Paris "
