「飯店整體的設計不錯，房間很乾淨，家人讚不絕口，戶外有提供溫水泡湯池，還不錯，早餐的水果不錯， 但是沒有洗衣機很不方便 晚上8:00後Check in需要事先通知」

「At 12:44 in the middle of the night, someone next to the room opened the door and played the stereo very loudly, singing, which seriously affected the rest. Therefore, the store should strengthen the monitoring and protection of the environment」

「Great place, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. However it’s very add the almost $100 extra fees on top of your room charges.」

「游泳池、篝火、BBQ都齐全，2楼房间有阳台。停车位比较多，方便停车。酒店无餐，但是对面有个join‘s很好吃。总体不错。」

「设施不错，但长期没有前台服务，要到隔壁酒店办理入住等，从酒店侧门出入，要经过游泳池。另外这个酒店要收度假费！」

「Great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely property and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Would go back there. Very disappointed that coffee is not available in the rooms nor in reception area until 7:30AM. We had to walk to a coffee shop daily for coffee. We also had inadequate body wash and lotion daily, they need to leave enough for two people!」

「I always enjoy staying at los Arboles when I come to Palm Springs for our annual convention. It’s such a quaint and quiet property that offers the seclusion that’s needed for a relaxing holiday. However, I was super bummed that the restaurant wasn’t opened since it's one of my favorite amenities.」
