「Great hotel. Door lock broke twice same day making for frustrating experience waiting for engineers to fix. Staff refused to add 1 hour later check out despite hotel half full and my diamond status. All dialed in to charge for everything extra. Poor value 」

「Hotel itself is a paradise surrounded by magnificent views. You can find deep relaxation and completely peace in Travvassa Hana . I wish I could stay longer! Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the resort manager who solved our problem at the first place with sincere gesture. Thank you. 」

「The Sheraton is a very well kept property. The staff is very friendly and prompt. The Luau is fantastic! If you have a vehicle while staying at the Sheraton, be aware of the Luau nights. Valet gets super busy, so you are better off self parking. This is a resort, so there are a lot of kids here. We stayed from Dec 26 to Jan 2 so during a peak vacation time for families. 」

「This VRBO rental was outstanding! The condo was amazing and I feel that the pictures online did not do it justice! There was a full kitchen, living room, dining table, a huge walk-in bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in glass shower, and a separate large tub! It also had its own master bedroom and the bed was very comfy! The closet space was perfect, and even was stocked up with beach chairs, pool noodles, a full ice chest, and even a high chair and booster seat which we didn’t need lol!...

「This unit was perfect for our family. Nice kitchen with all of the pots & pans that you'd need. AC works great and the lanai/patio is wonderful! Even though this is not an ocean view unit (you can still see the ocean from one part of the lanai) it is a great view especially at night time with the Hawaiian music and food truck park lights nearby. The owner even has some board games and books to pass the time if you happen to be on Maui during a rare bad weather day. Parking is underground, but...

「The view was breathtaking! Definitely the reason we would come back. However, a few things that didn’t meet our expectations were the following: -overall checkin was frustrating and communication was lacking from the property management company. -lack of items in unit such as towels. None in the kitchen and no face towels. -shower/bathroom was a bit untidy when we arrived. -listing is a bit deceiving as the photos show the ocean front pool which is not apart of the complex. 「This is a perfect unit in a very nice building right on the waterfront. The unit was clean, very comfortable and well appointed. There was even a blender to make smoothies. Great view of the beach and the ocean. The lobby, barbecue and parking were spacious, clean and easy to use. Great location and good access to shops and restaurants. We’ll be coming back for sure!」

Great facilities with an average room and service

"The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping the mat on the floor), hot water not working well for the 2 nights we stayed in, temperature of the room can’t go below 20.5. And when the engineer attended the property, he couldn’t help with the issue and didn’t take off his shoes when he came in. Housekeeping did a good job in tidying up the room, unfortunately they only picked up the phone once out of the 4 times we called. All in all, for I felt the rooms definitely need a freshen up to charge the price. "
