“The staffs made our stay warm. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and delicious. I especially enjoyed the freshly made watermelon juice. I slept soundly in my bed too. Thumbs up to the entire management.”

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the Chinese food in the restaurant is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Benin City.”

“Close proximity to lots of things. Good food, supervisor (Ohio) was super helpful with lots of needs especially when they didn't have my reservation on their system. I had to go through a lot of hassle trying to clear that. I spent 3 weeks in this hotel, and breakfast was included in my booking but they refused to give me breakfast for one week. “Fridge in room didn't work & internet was not provided even though these were some of the amenities advertised. They sent a front desk staff who came, fiddled with fridge, but it never worked. Room was booked for 2 people, but they only gave me one towel. When I asked for a 2nd towel, they refused. We got into an argument before they reluctantly gave me a 2nd one. Breakfast was included in the price but when we came downstairs for br'fast, they said only one person could have breakfast, even……

“It wasn’t what I saw on their website I saw when I got there. The first room I was given the bathroom roof was full With mold, the air conditioner was full of dust, the bedding was stained and the manager was kind enough to get me another room. It was a little bit better than the first one but wasn’t what I was expecting I had to check out the next day to look for something nicer. The waitress lacks professionalism.”
