「Ud. como administradores de la plataforma no tienen retroalimentación con el dueño de lugar ni sabia que íbamos y según sus recomendaciones enviadas al correo no había necesidad de volverlos a contactar, ni siquiera me dejaron un numero donde contactarme con ellos, no se descargo el pago pero si me pidieron todos mis datos de la tarjeta hasta CVT, NO vuelvo a contratar con HOTELS, muy mala la articulación de la estadia.」

「The place is absolutely breathtaking, and the service is exceptional. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, preventing us from enjoying the numerous activities they offer. The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the need for better (or additional) paths between the buildings. For instance, to reach the restaurant from our room, we had to walk through a beautiful field that, unfortunately, lacked a proper path and was very muddy. Despite this, I highly recommend it.」

「This is not such paradise. Don't be deceived by the owner who misrepresents this place in the description and photos. For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :(
On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel.」
