It is just a building not like a hotel. It is locked, nobody is loby, no lights and on one was outside to talk to. I finally called the number on the door and lady answered and told me she will send me a code to my phone to enter in building. I asked her is this you called hotel? No staff, lock building empty parking lot I mean the place abandoned. I asked to get my money back bi could spend night there.

During a power outage due to a storm, I found this room to escape the situation for 2 nights. Checking in was strange to me (no contact checkin) but it worked and all went well! Nice place.

Was out of electricity and this was available. It was a really nice place and loved the decor. Only thing was the room I had was next to street and neon signs so not the best for sleeping. Needed eye mask and earplugs. I am sure other rooms would not have this issue.

Property was absolutely clean. Concierge communication was excellent and timely. The location of our unit was near the train tracks which added for an old town charm, but one may want to consider a room south of the building if not for wanting the entire old town eclectic experience.

Mary was very helpful, I stayed at The Grayhound on a spare of the moment. It is different from your traditional hotel. However, Mary was very helpful and she helped me navigate through the process. The room is very modern. It was clean and comfortable. There was instructions. It was very spacious.

The property itself was beautiful inside. The area is a little unsafe but they did provide gated parking. When I entered the room, I went to make ice in the complimentary ice maker but there was old dirty water in it! So I didn’t make ice. I also found a dirty used washcloth in a cabinet in the kitchenette. Gross. And there was a cap to what looked like an insulin syringe (I’m hoping) in the desk drawer. I’m a nurse so I’m familiar with what they look like but still. Overall it was quiet, and homey but the cleanliness could be better for the price.

Love this cool hotel
The hotel was clean and safe. Admittedly, I was the only guest in the hotel that night, so I was a little leery, but that had nothing to do with the location. It was beautiful and comfortable, and I'd love to go back and stay with my husband. That bathtub was amazing.
