"This wasn't the first time I was staying at this hotel. Unfortunatelly, it was very noisy stay - somebody permanetly was moving the furniture, the cleaning stuff was very loudly speaking in the halls just outside of my room. So, not really pleasant stay"

"The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, ..."
