「I booked to spend 8 nights there but as soon as i arrived to the hotel i couldn't bear the state of dirty and the strong smell of mould and the room wasn't as discribed double and single beds. It only small double room while i got two children with me.and the sraff was so rude saying no wifi and they brought a vary dirty and old single bed to put it on the area where ment for us to move to the bathroom or move around the room. I ended up taken my kids and left straight away 」

「We spent 3 very enjoyable days with our 2 sons aged 7 and 10.
The interest and attention of the managers was very good.
It was a friendly and pleasant welcome.
The room met all our needs.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, 5-6 minutes drive from the center.

「Artık Rize'de de bir evimiz var gibi hissettik. Herşey yepyeniydi ve her ihtiyacımız fazlasıyla düşünülmüştü. Zeynep Hanım, eşi ve kızları sayesinde kendimizi gerçekten evlerine gitmiş bir misafir olarak hissettik. Cok memnun kaldık fırtına nehri manzarasına ve su sesine karşı uyanmak eşsiz bir deneyimdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.」

「We stayed in this place with kids, It is a lovely place, clean, and fully equipped with a tea & coffee maker and a washer/dryer. The location is just perfect, amazing view overlooking Dolmabahçe Palace and the Bosphorus. Easy access to public transport. Would definitely save this vrbo for our next visit to Istanbul 」

「The apartment has a nice layout with bright sunny living space with comfy couches and large dining table. The views of the water are amazing!
Beds are comfy and showers have great water pressure and lots of hot water. The location is so convenient -ferry to Asian side, funicular to taxim and tram line are just a 2 minute walk. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!」

「Fascinating and beautiful mornings with clear view over the Bosohorus, sunsparkle on the water in the mornings, fascinating views, day and night, of ships and watercraft, freighters to ferries to private boats -- as many as 15-20 vessels in view at some moments. The apartment has an unobstructed view of the waterside and ferry terminal a ross the street! Recommended!」

「Location was good but
2-3 times we didn’t have hot water and it took a few hours to fix where we lost time
Also showers were dirty.
We couldn’t at all contact the owner through hotel and communication was the worst. I had to pay for roaming to call him…」

「The property was very tidy and well presented. The views of the water and broader Izmir Province are amazing. The service provided by Murat was exceptional - starting with check in, carrying our bags up the stairs, checking in on our well being and arranging a taxi to the airport - can’t fault his excellent level of customer service!! Unbelievably Poor
"I stayed from Mar 24 and check out Mar 28 in Swissotel Izmir with poor expenses below
First night, when I went to bed and tried to off all lightings but I couldn’t even tried using Master Off repeatedly, finally, technician came to fix it by manipulating the setting in the in-room control panel without sorry, that was 01:00.
Second day, after whole day work outside and returned the room, bed was made and bottle water refilled, however, toilet was dirty but not cleaned, long hair on bathtub (I am short hair without guest visiting in between) and only two mid-sized towels available, improved after complaining.
Third day morning, I was trapped in the elevator from floor 0 to floor A, unknown time at the beginning and rescued within 10 minutes, never experienced before.
Fourth day after returning, hair from others on bathtub again! I asked whether domestic and international counters in Izmir Airport are in the same building but not actually, identified when we are in the airport. I clearly ordered Virgin Mojito in lobby lounge and came with Mojito and made me feeling uncomfortable even I just took one spoon, I am alcohol allergy.
Fifth day, We booked a hotel car to airport, three of us needed to walk with big luggage to another side about 3 minutes without porters’ help. Why the car could not be available at the main entrance to make our lives easier?"
