Tulum Tulum Mayan Ruins Hotels

"I loved this hotel. I stayed in Villa 10 with a private patio and a plunge pool. The room was spacious, everything worked and having the private patio with the pool was so nice. One thing: if you’re going to get a room with a plunge pool, keep in mind that there are a lot of trees around and while the staff does its best to keep things clean, there will be leaves in the pool (including the big pool) especially when it gets windy. With all the greenery, keeping stuff out of the pool is an exercise in futility so it shouldn’t be something to complain about. The staff is so nice and whenever I needed something, it was done. The one thing I would change about the suite I was in: it would be nice to have a small table in the living area. There’s a stove and a fridge but nowhere to put food on. Same for the patio, a side table for the lounger would be nice. The breakfasts were great. I don’t understand the complaints about small portion sizes. Everything I had was more than enough. The rooftop bar is great at sunset and service is excellent. Same for the restaurant and the bar by the main pool. The reception and cleaning staff are great. I needed a relaxing vacation and this place delivered just that mostly thanks to the great staff. For the surrounding area, it was so nice to have a huge supermarket across the street and so many great restaurants walking distance. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe walking around. "

"The entire staff was incredibly friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help us with whatever we wanted or needed. The hotel is clean, beautiful and peaceful. Our room was aesthetically pleasing, had all that we needed and the bed was large and comfortable. The bikes they have available made riding anywhere in town a breeze!!"

"It was a beautiful hotel, very minimalistic, but had every thing that you needed. The pool was fantastic. Really love that it was open till 10 and food was walking distance as well as drinks and a party. If that’s the mood you’re in. We will definitely be back the area felt safe the people were authentic. Great experience, but my biggest compliments go to the staff. They were absolutely fantastic. We will be back next year😉"

"This property was exactly what we were looking for. Small hotel but beautiful inside and out! Steps from the beautiful beach and beach club that offers lounge beds for your full day on the beach. There is also a restaurant on site where breakfast is included. The food was great! The hotel is in a national park which was very nice. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and there is a tram that takes you throughout the park during the day. Also a museum that is free!! The ladies at the reception desk were very helpful. They reserved restaurants for us and excursions! They kept in contact with us throughout. My family of 3 felt very safe and we had the best time! We will definitely be back here!"
