「Me and my family stayed at Akumal for New Years and had a blast. The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The beach was perfect with only minor waves and little or no seaweed. My 10 year old daughter loved snorkeling and we saw many sea turtles, rays, and beautiful fish. The beach is very long and great for long walks. The food in the four restaurants was top notch and the pool area was very nice.」

「This was our first time glamping, so we did not know what to expect when we arrived. We were welcomed immediately by Jose, whose personality alone told us we would enjoy our time there. The property is stunning. It has two cenotes, one with a fish spa. We saw a variety of animals during our stay iguanas, spider monkeys, a raccoon, the beautiful pet cat, and some street dogs. The tent was spacious with a fan. The attached bathroom at the back of the tent was semi open, but stayed surprisingly...

「A good hotel with a beautiful beach. The staff are friendly. The food is excellent. The room we had was the apartment - would not recommend as super loud overlooking the street (lots of traffic / noise) and very dark (bit like a cave!). 」

It was complicated to get there and find the entrance but Laurie helped us a lot, step by step and she was very nice, always responded my texts thru WhatsApp, we appreciate the service! 」
