We had a wonderful stay it was nice and quiet the hotel was in a wonderful location with plenty of restaurants grocery stores and department stores plus I give a big thumbs up for breakfast but the coffee wasn’t good at all it did seemed watered down

Elevator was inop....I have an implant and arthritis. Staff said no first floor rooms available...do not believe based on parking and room lights. Shower not user friendly, little hot water. Receipt on checkout had my name but Las Vegas addres. Gave attendant my AL driver license when I checked in. Totally inept operation, fire hazard in rooms that is unfixed after 3 years. Indifferent staff. Never again.

Convenient location, easy check in and a very nice cook for breakfast. She was a good host. I didn’t like that there were no cross walks to the other side of highway. That’s a city problem.
