「This is a resort out where you wouldn't expect to find one. Beautiful pool and tropical setting. Bar and restaurant are in a building separate of the rooms. Everyone on staff was nice and helpful. They have 2 bedroom apartments. Some for families and others for groups without children. The staff are always friendly and willing to go that extra mile with making suggestions for places to visit, activities and dining options. There is plenty to do in Port Douglas with including some wonderful Barrier Reef tours and some beautiful restaurants. The Rooms are always beautiful and clean with fresh bed linens and the beds are very comfortable. Can’t wait to return again .」

「We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment 」
