Great Beachside Cabin
Really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean views are very striking. It is close to the town of Trinidad, which is very cute town with some places to eat would come again.

Amazing spot
The view is jaw/dropping and the location incredibly convenient for visiting Redwood National park. It is a very cozy historic bungalow, which was perfect for us but some should be aware it does not have a dishwasher and the stove is an old electric. But it is an incredible property- we couldn’t be happier.

We surprised my mom with a 2 night stay, over looking the ocean. This place was perfect, close to the redwoods and town. We drove the 101 from Portland to San Francisco, it was nice to have a house to cook some meals and do laundry and have our own space. We loved it!

Very nice stay!
It was a quiet, beautiful property. The sunsets were incredible!! We needed to pick up my daughter from Cal Poli Humboldt, so we decided to make it a little vacation for ourselves as well. I loved that there was a king bed and a separate room for my daughter. I will stay there again.

Michelletone's annual hiking trip
We were so happy to find that the pictures match to the beautiful view/stay on the property. We had plenty of space (3 adults), and the washer/dryer was a bonus. This was a great location for our destination of hiking in the area, including Redwood National and State Parks, Sue-Meg State Park and Arcata Community Forest.

Beautiful Setting
We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at this location! It has a beautiful ocean view and is a convenient home base for exploring the area. Pics in listing are very accurate. The neighbors dog did bark often overnight. Running the provided space heaters helped block it out. More dry firewood, starter/kindling and smaller logs that fit the stove would have been appreciated. Small things that did not dampen our stay at this gorgeous location. Would recommend and would stay again if ever back in the area.

Fantastic stay!
The unit was everything we needed. It was super cute, nicely furnished. The view of the ocean was spectacular! The town of Trinidad had great little restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

The view outside the large windows was the best part! The overall cottage is in need of some updating but the cost per day was reasonable. It was comfortable and peaceful. Adam was very responsive to any issues or questions we had.

Beautiful View!
My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront cottage. The location was ideal to explore the Redwoods and the coast. It was an easy to drive to get to hikes and very close to Sue Meg Park and the cute town of Trinidad, which had a couple of restaurants and a pretty well stoked grocery store. The cottage was cute and clean and had everything we needed for our family of 4. The private deck was lovely and the view stunning. Although it was attached to the main house, we felt we had plenty of privacy and felt very comfortable and welcome there. Adam was a great communicator and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Even providing balls for my son to hit in their own personal batting cage. We had a great time!

Exceeded our expectations!
As soon as we got here we immediately extended for another night. The pictures of this place do not do it justice! It’s so charming and was the highlight of our trip. It’s perfectly situated five minutes from a small charming town with a few restaurants, shops, and grocery store. We loved the wood burning stove, the views from the deck, the hot tub, and the beds were so comfortable. We were about a 30 minute beautiful drive from so many stunning hikes in Redwood National Park. We saw so many Elk on the drive over! There were so many small touches the owners left us in the property - you can tell they really care. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here.

We came to hike the redwoods and the coast. This rental was perfect! Clean, comfortable, lovely; with great views of the ocean for evening sunsets. For our daytime outings it was close to everything we wanted to do and see, from Ferndale to Tall Trees Grove. Highly recommend to anyone coming to hike the coast

Absolutely Fantastic Place
The astounding cliff-top ocean view, the comfort and peace of the accommodations, and the hospitality of the hosts stood out to me. We almost didn’t want leave the house, but the proximity to Trinidad, Agate Beach, the lagoons, and Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park put us on the doorstep of so many good walks that we couldn’t resist. We’ll definitely visit again when we get the chance. Thank you!

Beautiful place with excellent views
This place is as beautiful as the nature around it. With excellent ocean views right out of the family room, you don't feel like leaving the property. Host being on the property is a big plus. Adam was very spontaneous with any requests we had, suggestions for dining, hiking or things to do around the area.

The view!
The view alone is a 5 star win. I couldn’t tell where the ocean line and skyline switched. It was just perfect. The space was cozy and the hosts attended to all of our communications quickly and courteously. Less than 5 star is due to the bath and coffee maker needing some cleaning TLC. Easy fix with a quick deep clean.

Home base for the Redwood Coast
This bungalow is perfectly situated for exploring the Redwood State and National Parks. The ocean view from the living area is spectacular. The bungalow was clean and compact with ample sitting areas inside and out. The bed was comfortable and the shower was strong. Adam and Heidi were attentive hosts, making sure we had everything we needed and maximizing our comfort and privacy. We didn’t use the kitchen other than for coffee, tea, and toast. Trinidad Bay Eatery is nearby, local, and delicious. We highly recommend this bungalow if you’re looking for a place to stay on the Redwood Coast.

Beautiful Property
My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks here for our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Trinidad. Property is beautiful with amazing ocean views, the sunsets are breathtaking! Dwelling was clean and all amenities are exactly as advertised. Host was easy to deal with and was very responsive, super nice family. When we return to this area we would definitely stay here again. Great experience and we didn't have a single complaint.
