Jag har bara sett värre en gång i Bangkok för 9 år sedan.. vilseledande marknadsföring i sin prakt.. antingen rum mot havet utan toalett och kylskåp eller något.. eller rum med en brötande AC ..sladdar hängande överallt och INGA fönster . Stannade där i 40 minuter. Trots förbetalt utan Återbetalning. 」

「Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. The nice lady who was at the hotel (we were unable to speak to her in the local language) did not let us through the gate then called someone who told me that the hotel was under refurbishment hence shut. He actually suggested us to book an hotel nearby. I called the German number associated with the hotel and another...
