"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

"We were 5 in our group looking for inexpensive option to relax while waiting for 12:01 am flight to Manila after Ha Long bay cruise which ended noon time. Booked 2 clean family rooms which cost us $90. Couldn't been happier as we were able to rest and shoot pool and shower before our very early flight.
