「应该是萨拉热窝最好的酒店之一了。地点很棒，离老城很近，步行不过10分钟。有自带的停车场，一天12.5欧，还算合理。酒店很新，设施不用说了，万豪出品还是很有保障的。自带小厨房，设施很齐全。早餐还行，平均水平吧。能够识别高级会员身份，尽管是第三方预订，但是在入住后前台电话通知给升了一级（行李已经打开了，谢绝了好意）。」

I wish they had tried to restore to something more like it was, more like the Viennese Cafe. Breakfast was good and varied. Coffee was poor. 「This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. 「Hotel is very good and staff is nice and friendly. The location is a bit far from old town and attractions. No Uber service here so you have to rely on taxi or public transportation (there’s a tram #3 going to the old town). Also there’s road construction around the hotel right now so it’s very dusty to walk to the Tram station.」

「A very nice、 small hotel. Located near the end of the old town. The surrounding at night is quiet. The bed is comfortable . There is a small refrigerator and a safe box in the room. The man sitting at the front desk is nice and willing to help. Only one thing bothered us. On the day of arrival, we check with the front disk. He said that the water in the refrigerator is free to use. And there is no price list on the top of the refrigerator. Therefore, we drank the water. The next day when we...

「The hotel Aziza has a Wonderful history. It sits at the top of the hill with an amazing view of the city. The climb is hefty but worth it. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The breakfast is also full of variety. Would definitely recommend the hotel!! 」

The staff in the dining area were very sweet, and kept giving me new things to try. Close enough to the old town to walk in a matter of minutes. Would fully recommend!」
