「This is the second time we have stayed in this rental. We love the location. This rental also has great beach toys! 」

「The property was clean, there was extra material in the restroom for use. The owner was great at getting us extra toilet paper when we asked. There was complimentary cookies and drinks which was nice. The room on the left did get very hot but the room on the right was good. 」

「We loved the house and location. The check in process is way more difficult than a normal vrbo stay. You have to fill out extensive paperwork and confirm identities of all staying in the home. We are renting a home for a couple days….not buying it. 」

「We have been coming to Newport every summer and renting a beach house for about 15 years. This house was one of our favorites. The location is perfect, views are amazing, there is plenty of space for a large family and the house had almost everything we needed. BUT this was definitely the dirtiest home we’ve ever rented. The first day we contacted the property manager and they sent someone the next day to clean the floors again. But it’s very clear these floors are probably never cleaned...

If all else fails the couches are loungers and very comfy to sleep in plus you can hear the ocean. We stayed 2 days so we had everything we needed clean towels and bedding extra pillows and a fridge and microwave. Though I would was the dishes before you use them , your supposed to wash them yourself after...

「We had a great experience for a 3 night stay. We will definitely be back to stay once we go back to go Disneyland. It is affordable & very convenient place to stay if going Disneyland. One downside is they don’t have microwave oven per room. Overall, nice experience!」
