The Hotel is in a great location, close to the town and the beach, there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. We stayed all inclusive and enjoyed the food, plenty of variety each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. (The doughnuts at breakfast were amazing - why not, I say, I am on holiday) Food was always hot and replenished frequently. The staff are so friendly, especially Daniel, the Maitre d. He remembered us each morning, not sure if we are particularly memorable or our room number was (1007) or maybe he has a good memory, perhaps a combination. Either way, he was a delight to see each morning. The only downside to the Hotel was that the pool area is not really big enough for the size of the hotel and our room and some communal areas was a little dated and could use some tlc. That said the coffee/bar and Pepe's bar are modern in their appearance. Overall we had a good 7 night stay and would definitely stay here again should we return to Torremolinos. Das Zimmer ist nicht schön wie in den Bildern. Das Bett war alt. Die Tür des Zimmers war kaputt und man konnte die nicht einfach zumachen sondern stark schlagen, das war unangenehm besonders morgens früh oder abends spät. Paar Gerichte schmecken nicht gut, wie die Nudeln zum Beispiel. Das Personal war ganz höflich und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gerichte waren divers und man konnte auswählen. Die kulturellen Aktivitäten waren interessant. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war unvollständig für ein 4 Sterne Hotelzimmer aber das Zimmer war sauber. Geschirr war manchmal nicht sauber. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, das Hotel liegt 3 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, das Personal war nett, das Hotelzimmer konnte verbessert werden und der Service auch. Ich würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Ottimo ambiente, struttura ben attrezzata e organizzata, personale cordiale e sempre sorridente pronto a risolvere ogni richiesta (ottimo feeling tra di loro, cosa molto rara); unico suggerimento: tenere i locali piu' o meno alla stessa temperatura (hall troppa aria condizionata, scale e corridoi stanze troppo caldo). Personeel was vaak erg druk bezig waardoor ze niet steeds even vriendelijk waren. Douche in de kamer deed het niet zoals het hoorde. Eten was steeds uitgebreid aanwezig maar niets speciaals. Beach bar is op 2,5 km van het hotel waardoor je hier wel echt met de shuttlebus heenmoet. Wandeling hiernaartoe bevat veel trappen welke in combinatie met de warmte een zware trip was. Heel handig om ook 's avonds de bus terug naar het hotel te nemen. Voldoende animatie aanwezig, iedere avond was er een optreden aanwezig nabij het zwembad. Algemeen: zeer fijne vakantie gehad in een algemeen goed hotel!

Der er alt for mange mennesker til dette hotels faciliteter. Swimmingpool for lille, der blev ikke sat solsenge frem, dem skulle man stå i kø for at få fat i hvis dette var muligt. Spisesalen var beskidt, der blev ikke fejet eller vasket guld den uge vi var der. Når man skulle med shuttlebussen til stranden skulle man tidligt af sted, ellers var der ikke solsenge nok Absolut ikke et 4 stjernet hotel og ikke et hotel vi ønsker at komme tilbage til.

Location: - The property is in a good location and within walking distance for Torremolinos town centre. Hotel Room: - The room we stayed in had a limited view of the Beach in the distance and other apartments close by. It was very basic and needed painting and decorating to freshen it up. The room was dusty on the wooden furniture when we arrived and I cleaned off what I could using disinfectant wipes, and it was not done again by the cleaning staff for the whole 2 weeks that we stayed there. The bed sheets were not changed for the time we stayed there, and the hand wash gel ran out after the 2nd day of our stay and was not replaced at all. We had to go out and buy more from a local shop. The toilet roll was not replaced often enough and we had to ask for more from the cleaner. Our room was not vacuumed or mopped out and it seemed that the only daily service we got was a change of towels and that was it. Bar Service: At busy times, the main bar service for drinks was inadequate and only manned by one person for most of the time. This person served really slow and sometimes would be engaged chatting and joking with customers, rather than serving the drinks to try to get the queue down. Food: - The food for Breakfast, Lunch and Evening became monotonous for the 2 weeks we were there and was of very average quality. It was always warm and should be a lot better for a 4* hotel Conclusion: - This hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay, but I would not stay here again.

The hotel is well situated, 5 minutes walk from restaurants and boutiques. 2 minutes walk from the bus stop for Malaga, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas. Night entertainement can be disturbing if you are on the pool side, and you want to sleep before 11. You have to pay to use the safe in the room, something I have never seen before.The food in the restaurant is average, buffet type, not much selectionor variety. The bathroom, in the room we had is under standards. No counter space and the shower in the tub is very much out of date.Still, because of it's location, I would recommend the hotel, but give it 3 stars, not 4.

Beaucoup de soucis rencontrés durant tout le séjour même après des réclamations. J’ai demandé à quitter la chambre à 15h en dédommagement refusé mechament ,et on m’a fait partir à 11H au lieu de 12h, comme l’indique ma réservation !

Griego, the Hotel thats actually makes Bingo fun!!
Great stay in Griego. This is our second stay in Griego, and it fit our family of three in a good way. Our daughter love the hotel and the people working there. The activity leaders is fun both during the day time and in the evenings during the entertainment of different sort. They actually makes bingo fun, and thats an achievement. Our daughter Laura loves you. We would love to come back again.
