My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible due to the front desk staff and their complete lack of professionalism and communication. From the start, their service was inconsistent and unhelpful. Every time I approached the desk with an issue, they were either hiding in the back office or dismissive and rude when they finally came out. They never tried to find solutions, only told me what the problem was with a shocking lack of empathy or effort.
I was repeatedly told no rooms were available, yet I’d check online and see availability. On my last day, despite staying for two weeks and spending over $2,000, they had the audacity to push me out past my requested late check-out, which I’d previously confirmed. Instead of handling the situation with basic courtesy, the manager—who clearly lacked communication skills—called the police to my door. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional.
The housekeeping staff was the only positive part of this stay, but even their efforts were undermined by poor communication from the front desk. Rooms often went uncleaned unless specifically requested, and I was even told to clean the room myself at times.
To top it off, the location isn’t great, and there’s nothing nearby to make up for the abysmal service. This is hands down the worst hotel in Burlington when it comes to customer service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else—this place is not worth your time or money.
