I filled out survey from IHG experience already, however I forgot to add one really bad experience when I checked out. I notice that the guest gender, nationality and city where I came from were all wrong on the first receipt of invoice. I asked for correction immediately. But I really can't understand why frontdesk can make such mistakes.

Amazing trip in tokyo
That was amazing to stay in here, the view was so good that i can see the tokyo bay see view , especially at the night. it is extremely romantic .

Staff is very helpful. Good service. By the time I check-in, the staff said they can only offer twin room as they encountered full house. I was a little bit upset that time, however, the staff immediately sent 2 staff and help me to relocate 2 beds into 1 big bed, very impressive!!
