“Everything was great except it was very disappointing that we couldn’t buy anything from the vending machine as it doesn’t cater to tourists. It needed a Japanese mobile number to sign up and buy things, and obviously we couldn’t. We called the staff several times and even asked if anything else could be done but there wasn’t much help and effort to try and resolve. ”
