「Super endroit pour aller prendre le bateau pour les îles. Parking dans la rue (15 euros la journée, gratuit le dimanche) Chambre 35 très grande donnant côté rue et port, au 1 et étage. Effectivement les escaliers sont raides. Le montant de la taxe de séjour est de 2 euros et non 1,20 euros comme indiqué sur expédia. Il faut aller chercher les clés à 5 minutes à pied. Au lieu de donner une adresse, il faudrait plutôt donner le nom du restaurant / hôtel ! Cela serait beaucoup plus simple. 」

In Makkum genoeg te doen als je van watersport (surfen, zeilen) en natuur houdt. Gezellige stadjes in de buurt (Workum, Hindeloopen). Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.」

Unfortunately the cabins aren't advertised very accurately, and reviews are scarce, so hopefully this helps someone know what to expect from their stay. There is no running water in the cabins, the bathrooms are shared and separate from the actual cabins, and there is no actual wifi or laundry facilities.
