「Os acabamentos no hotel, que seja nos quarto, nos corredores, nas casas de banho, ..., estão muito além da expectativas e sobretudo pelo preço. No dia do check-in, pagamos o estacionamento e no dia do check-out queriam cobrar o valor outra vez. Tivemos que insistir e dizer que já se tinha pago mas com outro empregado. E o melhor de tudo, foi abrir o armário do quarto e encontrar duas peças de roupa de outros pessoas. Logo, será que as limpezas são feitas? Fica a duvida. 」

「We arrived at 7pm and the code would not unlock the door. We called the number provided and left a message. We also emailed for assistance but we didn’t get a response. We waited and called 3 times. We then left to find another place to stay. The lady called after 20 minutes but we had left by that time to find some where else to stay. She then sent very rude text messages to us - we do not recommend this place. 」

「We had a nice stay at the property. We were a little disappointed that we were given a room with 2 twin beds, after requesting 1 double bed. The rest of the room was great. Very spacious. The location was fantastic! Easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, sights, etc. Merida is a special place with special, friendly people! We loved our visit. One other small annoyance, parking next door was supposed to be discounted to 10€ a day. We had our ticket stamped, as instructed,...
