「We checked in on Thursday, September 26; called that night to report 2 tvs not working (and it wasn't wifi), texted about the tvs again on the 27th...never heard from anyone about the tvs. One toilet would not flush, someone finally came about 13 hours before check out. 「This was one of the most ideal stays we have encountered. From the opening communication to the moment we left, we could not have asked for a better experience. The unit is a studio but held everything we could need and want. The owners were wonderfully communicative and provided depth information. 「Little House by the Ferry was exactly as described. We wanted a weekend holiday get-away in the off-season and this trip hit the mark. The cottage is as shown in the photos and description. 「Well, I did have a trouble with Expedia reservations booking me for a Time Share type of Hotel. On arrival , the front desk had to find the my reservation. Lucky I had all info and they fixed the trouble. They were awesome about that. Then, I was told that I was to go in the morning for a seminar about the property which I quickly declined. No problem. I found that I had to park in a lot that was half a block away and with a 2 day pass. Then, come back to the lobby to retrieve my luggage cart....
