「Excellent hotel. Modern. Staff are fab. Room was excellent and nicely decorated. This hotel is a brilliant base for the NEC. We used it for crufts. NEC is about 24 mins away but really easy to get to. Will definitely use again. 」

「Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. 」

「I stayed for one night, a Saturday whilst attending an event at nearby Mallory Park. I have stayed a Green King hotels before so the Millers was as expected. I was warned at check in that food service may be slow, it was !. Just one negative comment, in my opinion the staff in general could be a bit more friendly, they were efficient enough, but hardly a smile out of anyone.」

「stayed for one night. hotel easy to find and parking is reduced. when checking in very welcoming. cleanliness was good but used normal cleaner on glass and stainless steel leaving streaks. would stay again 」
