讚好:整潔度和設施服務
On arrival we were "greeted "by a very snooty man with an attitude problem behind reception who checked us in. I paid for a room with a Balcony & either a pool and or sea view.
When we arrived at our room it was very dark, untidy, with a very fusty smell, no balcony and the layout was clearly for someone with disabilities as everything including the kitchen units were 2 feet off the ground and had only wet room as a bathroom (room 417)
When I went back to reception to complain (as this wasn't the room I had paid for) The man was extremely hostile and unhelpful, and wouldn't change us or contact the manager. Just told to come back the next day and to take it up with Expedia as you can only have a view or a balcony but not both!!! Even though i had confirmation to say i had paid for it and there clearly are apartments that do!
The lady the following morning was slightly better, and we did get moved.
Hotel bar/restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is very nice.
Extremely close to the beach & restaurants and the view from the sun terrace is beautiful.
