「This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. We had guests attempt to check-in on July 24th, inly to walk into a nasty, unkept room with roaches. Our crew immediately left and went to another hotel. I was promised a refund by "Bala", but unfortunately that wasn't true. When hotels.com called them about the refund they denied it. They basically lied to me to get me off the phone. We now have to dispute with our credit card company. I wouldn't recommend this nasty place to anyone....

「The house was only 6 minutes away from my son and grandkids. The stay was great and Monty was very professional and always kept me informed of any changes and if he needed to come by. Overall the place is a 10. 」

The host responded promptly to all communications and handled every contingency promptly and efficiently. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to families or small groups needing lodging in Blytheville.」
