「A perfect, quiet, well furnished place with lovely host and welcoming committee of pets! Beautiful fall colors right out the back door. Close enough to grand gulf state park, close to Caney Mt. Conservation area (very pretty!) and Byrant Creek St. Park (also beautiful!). Spent a 3 day fall break trip there and it was a good choice. Highly recommend it!」

「We had a great time. The property is very nice. View of the lake was beautiful, the pool was wonderful. The cabin was cute and stocked with all we needed. The boat dock was awesome, a safe place to put our boat and a great swim platform. The owners are fantastic very accommodating and friendly.」

「Our family had a wonderful trip to Bull Shoals. We've been going to the lake for years but this was our first time staying near Theodosia and the first time staying at this house. The location was incredibly convenient. Aaron was prompt with all communication. The house was surprisingly well stocked and felt very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and would love to return! 」
