"We loved this hotel. The layout of our room was great for our family. Also liked the layout of the hotel. Pool area was very nice and clean. Only downside was that the hot tub wasn't working properly and the temperature was the same temp as the pool and the slide wasn't open for the kids to use either. "

"Received a call asking if we were arriving soon, ask staff why called wanted to leave at 8:00 , we arrived around 7:15-7:30, (online information was front desk open until 9:00) We received the wrong room, book a one bed and received a double bed, and couldn’t understand the staff correctly Room are clean and nice view from the room"

"As it was off season the property was dark on arrival. I had trouble getting the lockbox open in the bitter cold. The place was really comfortable and spacious with all things supplied. However the sink in the bathroom was barely draining so we had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. I called the number on the billboard outside to get the matter fixed but the response was in French only and spoken too quickly to copy down the email provided for contact. I know some French but not enough...
