「Owner was very responsive in bringing iron and hair dryer for us to use. (Hair dryer was dirty and smelled of wet dog—bring your own!). I bit small and funky but served our purpose. It was clean and owner was responsive. Easy check in but a bit tricky finding the place at first. Nice location for day trips and hikes.」

「We were in the king room way upstairs tiny stairs that a person my age should not be climbing. The bed was uncomfortable. We were there during the heat wave and had to depart a day early due to lack of AC and ventilation. Location was good and staff was friendly. Front desk not manned at all times. Hard to get service. Still have not received email with receipt from property. Not much choice in this area of hotels, just don’t book upstairs rooms!」

「Well positioned a short way up a small hill. Nice tasty meals. However the outside of the shower tray needed a deep clean and our room only had a skylight window which resulted in it being very warm, even at night, in the high temperatures.」

「The first room we were given was joined to a faulty and extremely noisy water pump, which kept us awake every hour during the first night. We had a wedding to go to the next day and obviously wanted to look our best, not tired pale and wizzened. Thankfully, we were moved to another room far enough away, to not hear the pump.
