「Very convenient location to Opera House and Strand. Charming lofts that take advantage of the architectural features of the building. Only “drawback” was the elevator was temporarily out for our stay but having a third floor unit helped us burn off our dinners! 」

「This property is just as it is explained it had everything we needed. It may not be on the beach however, this spot was in a great location and within walking distance to the strand, I think 2 blocks. Awesome place for couples who are looking for a getaway, just for themselves. Cozy, fun, convenient and comfortable.」

「The unit is as good overall, and the biggest disappointment was the shower. Fix the floor. It created an unsanitary mental state since the water doesn’t drain completely. The place had character, kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities which was nice to be able to cook. 」

「Reserved for a guest attending a workshop at Trinity University. Nice location, a bit farther than I would like, unable to walk to campus. Very slow/delayed communication with property manager.」

「This property had quick access to pretty much everything. Short drive to the Military Base and to the Pearl area. You can get on the interstate quickly and downtown in minutes. The area immediately surrounding the property is a little run down but felt safe enough. If you are used to quieter areas you will notice the road noise but the owner has provided a noise machine in the bedroom. As advertised, it is a small place, but not cramped. 」

「We had a good time. Thank you so much. The only recommendation I would make would be to maybe check the water adjustment in the property on the hot water heater. Because the hot water did not stay hot, very long. Other than that, it was perfect.Thank you we will be back」

「Nancy and Carlos were so responsive when we requested an extra day at the beginning of our trip, after booking. Nancy was there to greet us when we arrived and provided very helpful information on the property. We were so pleasantly surprised to find some fresh pastries and snacks, along with bottled water upon arrival. 「The property was amazing with all the amenities at our disposal. The camper we stayed in was prestige and very clean. The only thing we didn't anticipate was the on/off switches inside the unit were in a panel of switch choices and were not intuitive and in very small font that was difficult to read. Was in close proximity to our concert event at COTA and was favorable over trying to think about styaing in downtown Austin.」

「The property is great and close by to many different opportunities in downtown san antonio. Despite some slight confusion with entering the property, the host was gracious and helped walk us along what we were doing incorrectly. The apartment is small but well organized, the kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils, cookware and some supplies.」

「This is a wonderful property with excellent amenities and a perfect location. The condo fit our family of five and we loved using the heated pools, hot tubs, fitness room, and tennis court. The beach was right outside the front gate and we were next door to Walmart. In our travels in the area, I didn't see a nicer property than this one. It made our vacation perfect!」
