「My partner and I spent three days on the property. We needed a few days of R&R and we loved spending our time here. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The place had everything we needed. The owner was responsive and communicated timely with helpful information and resources for our stay. We did venture out to Waco a bit and the distance was just right. We hope to stay again soon!」

「Tom was extremely easy to work with and friendly. He answered several of our questions and even gave us a welcome call prior to arrival. We would 100% stay here again! The property and grounds are beautiful. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Little Black Cabin over Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed, and both the bed and the sleeper sofa were incredibly comfortable. The cabin offered a peaceful and quiet retreat, while still being conveniently close to stores and family. An added bonus was the electric car charger, which wasn't mentioned in the listing but was greatly appreciated!」

「We very much enjoyed our stay in this darling cabin! The cabin was clean, the scenery is beautiful, and the animals on site are delightful. The hosts are very easy to talk with and were happy to take us on a tour of the property. We enjoyed seeing the cows right outside of our cabin as we relaxed in the mornings on the comfortable porch. There are great restaurants in the nearby town, and a grocery store is an easy 10-15 minute drive away. We would definitely choose to stay here again!」

「My wife and I like to stay out away from Bryan/College Station when attending TAMU football games to avoid the traffic and crowds. The Cottage is in a nice location in the country. Great views f4om the front porch. Super clean and a really comfortable bed. Also, the owners are a pleasure to deal with. We will be back next season.」

「Our stay was simply magical! It was so fun roaming the grounds to visit the animals. We enjoyed making friends with characters such as Bonnie (goat), small Marshmallow (goat), Flashy (pony), Girl (deer) and the Judd sisters (donkeys). We also had had a blast on our trail ride with Ethan. He was so knowledgeable and fun through our whole stay he really made us feel at home. We'll definitely be back!」

「We had a wonderful time at this location. The home's setup was lovely, and we were tucked away from any other people on the property. There was plenty for us to do, between exploring the property, fishing in the pond, and relaxing on the porch. Communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful.
