"I really enjoyed my 4-days in Memphis. This Double tree had good food and good housekeeping. Jazmine at the front desk along with 2 other ladies (waited 2-weeks to do the review) were outstanding. Different people from my group arrived at different times and everyone had only nice things to say about check-in including the very helpful valet car attendants."

"Such an incredible property with so much history and so much to do. Everything was really nice. I didn’t like being charged to park at the resort, but I have no doubt it’s very expensive to keep all the grounds looking so nice. Loved the river boat ride. Tons of great information about the hotel was given by the guide. We will be back for sure. We loved this place. "

"The staff at Margaritaville Island Hotel was great! They always greeted our family with a smile and were very helpful. The only issue we really had came with sleep. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows were terrible. It was also difficult to sleep due to the noise. I felt like I could hear everything from the hall or outside our balcony doors. Overall, the experience was good but not excellent. "

"The valet parking was such a mess, contantly people parked on the left when cars trying to get through. Or not pulling a little forward on the right to allow people through. Most of the valet were good about flow but some didnt seem to care at all and this was really frustrating as someone getting transportation from the hotel. The firetrucks heading out all the time was a lot. A heads up on being prepared for that would have been nice. I know theres nothing you can do about emergency services...
