「We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. They obviously knew the issue as they already ordered a new one. They never offered any compensation or to move us in another apartment. The ski room was super smelly and...
