「A little bit far and less room service than expected」

「The hotel is centrally located for sightseeing and meal. A pity is that the Wi Fi does not work properly and cannot be connected. Room a bit small but very clean and tidy. Staff are nice and amicable.」

「The staff were very accommodating overall. They have a small garage and were able to let me park for a modest fee. This for me was a huge advantage since the area has very little convenient parking. The location right by Porta Catania is also very convenient for shopping and dining. I will definitely return here. The breakfast lady was also very nice and made sure I got my eggs cooked to my liking.」

「The hotel is very beautiful. The 2 starred restaurant is excellent. But you have to check out at 11am, a bit too early. The concierges are quite arrogant, no smile. But the view of our rooms are gorgeous.」

With Taormina and the fact that cars cannot get too close to the hotels, I was concerned how am I going to get my luggage to the hotel - was not an issue at all. The staff greeted us at the taxi drop off point and wheeled our luggage for us. It was so nice of them and their service was amazing! Would book this property again.」
