Large and Beautiful
We really enjoyed the stay! A large living area, dining and kitchen. The 4 bedrooms were nice and the main bedroom was separated from the other 3. Very clean and comfortable. The house is on a lake with a nice back porch and boat dock. Very nice!

The property is beautiful. My only suggestion is to ensure the maintenance of the lawn in case you have children who would like to run around. I also suggest a note detailing how the lights, fans, and dock lights are turned on.

This vrbo is great for many reasons but the best part for our family was the the big yard and the deck by the lake, we had a great time.

This property is on a very large lot with lake frontage. It was beautiful. The house is very adequate but not overly nice. Everything was functional but some things need to be improved. The towel supply was sparse for a house designed for 8 to 10 people and it had very few bath clothes. The wifi is weak to unusable at times. The wiring of the light switches in the kitchen is poor and there are several light switches that didn't do anything that we could see. The price was reasonable, and it was close to Publix. Despite these limitations I would definitely consider using this property again.

Perfect Florida Oasis
If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet property away from the normal tourist destinations; this is the place for you. The property itself is away from the street and neighbors allowing for only the sound of the ducks on the lake. The house is spacious, clean, and has all of the amenities required for your stay. There is a Publix near by. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing and watching the wildlife. When we were not on the dock we sat on the porch. There is a screened in porch and outdoor option. Both provide the most beautiful view. The property manager and property owner provided us with geniune hospitality and prompt communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Beautiful Property
It was the perfect property to stay at with family. Plenty of space and comfortable enough to hang out together or separately. The kitchen and open floor plan was great. We loved siting out back in the screened area for coffee and conversation. The scenery on the lake was beautiful. The photos do not due justice to the inside; it was very nice. Perfectly clean. There is one bedroom with an en-suite and large walk-in closets. The other bedrooms were roomy enough with a shared hall bathroom. The half bath was in the garage. Highly recommend this property.

Ideal lake location...but
The good: • The location is ideal. Quiet, remote yet close to everything • The layout was great. We stayed there with other family members in town for the wedding. Everyone had room to spread out and get comfortable. • The big table was great for dinners and nightly game playing • The lake setting can’t be beat. It was beautiful to sit on the dock and chill. • The kitchen was well equipped and having an extra refrigerator was very handy. The bad: • It’s advertised as a 4 bedroom, 3 bath. There is a half bath in the garage – not sure this counts as a third bath. • We didn’t see a “guest book” thus we had no instructions on how to use the thermostat (which was tricky), the TV or check out instructions. • The guys wanted to watch football on Sunday. We had no idea how to get into the Spectrum cable without a required username and PW. We ended up signing on to our personal YouTube TV account • There is a Lucite (clear) coffee table. Be cautious, especially with older folks with failing eyesight, my father-in-law fell over it and hurt himself. We moved it for the remainder of the stay. • The side deck is VERY soft and needs to be replaced. The other deck off the master had lots of mold and dirt. • Lots of fire-ant piles near the deck, sadly I stepped in one – ouch. • The wifi was mediocre at best You have a hidden gem. With a few minor fixes your home would be perfect for a family getaway – especially those who attending a Barn at Crescent Lake event.

Lovely property in a remote, quiet location
This is a lovely lakeside property in a rural location. We enjoyed nearby Tarpon Springs, Brooker Creek Nature Preserve and Keystone Farmers Market. And sunset cocktails on the brand new dock. House is spacious and comfortable.

Rang in the new year on the lake!
Our family of 6 ranging in age from 15 years old to 93 years of age really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was well equipped, convenient to attractions in Tampa while having the added charm of being secluded enough to feel like we got away from it all. Also, the view on the lake can't be beat. Host communication was clear, quick, and helpful!
