This beautiful 1150 square foot Sunrise condo is nicely furnished and features a King sized bed in the master, with private bath and a Queen bed and size twin bed in the second bedroom, also with private bath. Ocean view of the Pacific. This home sleeps up to five in beds. The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, cookware, granite countertops, and wood cabinets. Free Wi-Fi, Local phone calls, Cable TV and 24 hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Flat Screen in living room and MBR. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Washer/Dryer in unit. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax. Only steps to famous Tamarindo Beach!

As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

There is plenty to do in Tamarindo! From world-class surfing, diving, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, shopping, and dining. Day trips to the Volcano and White-water rafting. We are happy to provide free, competitive quotes for private rental cars or transportation to/from Liberia or San Jose International. Tamarindo for a family wedding.
The property was very nice, very secure. Right in town so within walking distance of everything. The pool was beautiful. The condo well stocked if you plan on cooking while there. Laundry in the home was convenient. Rooms were large, beds very comfortable. Have what I hope is a minor issue on an additional fee I am unaware of. As for the home it was wonderful.

Excellent value for an 1100 square foot 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, washer, dryer, large clean pool with waterfall, pleasant guest and gated security guard. Amazing view with great convenience
The title says it all. This unit has everything you would want for all ages and family sizes. We spent 10 days in this unit and had a great time. The pool was amazing and the grounds were kept extremely clean. The beach was only steps away. The town of Tamarindo has a lot to offer. If you book a vacation at this unit you will not be disappointed.

Comfortable and fun stay!
We have stayed in the Sunrise a few times and this was our favorite unit by far! The accommodations were very comfortable and the rental company was very responsive when needed. We could not get the tv to work beyond local channels, but this wasn't a big deal for us. Will return!

Had an amazing time in Tamarindo! The condo was perfect, just what our family of 3 was looking for! Very clean upon arrival and well stocked. It was great to have towels and beach chairs as well as beach umbrellas available for our use. As owners of 2 VRBO properties, we felt this was a great one! Kelly and Olber went above and beyond for us! Helping book a snorkeling excursion and helping all along the way! Hope others enjoy Sunrise 38 as much as we did.

Sunrise Condos
We loved our 5 days at the Sunrise Condos! Very well located right across from Tamarindo Beach, walking distance to many restaurants and short drive to major supermarket. The Blue Zone agents who manage the apartment were quick to respond to issues that arose and fixed the problems quickly. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked and the pool is very nice. The only thing that is missing are some beach chairs and an umbrella. Although those can be rented at Tamarindo beach, it would have been nice to have them when visiting the other more quiet beaches. Overall we had a great stay!

Location, location, location!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay with my two girlfriends. As my girlfriends are beach lovers, the location was perfect for them to walk every day to the beach. As my husband is not a big beach goer the pool was a great alternative. The condo is located to many restaurants and markets. A perfect stay. The concierge service was one of the best we have ever experienced. I definitely give Sunrise a five-star rating.

The location was perfect for what we were doing!
The building was lovely and the view and access to the pool is grand! The beach is a couple hundred steps away which was so nice! I was very happy with the nice firm beds! There are a few things that need some attention. The coffee maker does not work. Both toilets seem to be on their last legs although it was more of a hassle than a real problem. The air conditioning seems very uneven, the main living area very chilly but bedrooms (especially master was ‘hot’.) I realize this is an aging unit and appliances the same but dish washer didn’t really clean all that well and the washer and dryer had their own issues which I’m sure you are aware. Rough edges at front door perhaps from a dog scratching, no big deal but the little things take the luxury out of your beautiful home. I hope this isn’t offensive but thought I would give an honest feedback.

Great location in Tamarindo
Location of property is excellent! Across the street from the beach, in the heart of Tamarindo - surf lessons, restaurants, bars and shops are just outside of property. Beautiful pool area. Condo was clean, dry and plenty of room - we had only 2 people in our party but could easily accommodate 2 couples. Only problem we had was difficult time checking in as the gate security isn’t helpful and the unit was not easy to find. Once we did find it, getting inside was no problem.

Great Location
Perfect location, across the street from the beach and center of all the action in Tamarindo. Security gate and patrol so you don't have to worry. Great pool area and the beds were super comfy! There was a sewer gas odor which some days was pretty strong, other than that we were very happy with the condo.

What a place
A cross the street from the beach, you really can beat that. Transportation from the airport to the condo and back set up by them. Close to everything, pool to relax in when back from a day at the beach or out exploring the town. Just amazing. Love the resident kitties to, have one back home and was happy to have pet one 😅 really there is no better place or agency to stay with.
