“位於JR濱松町站與地鐵芝公園站附近的住宿空間，是我第一次在日本下榻的非飯店型旅宿。整理的體驗感受極佳，房間有浴缸可以泡澡，也有小廚房，空間的規劃與設計還不錯，唯一小可惜的是沒有電梯，但不影響整理的溫暖體驗。附近應該是住宅區很安靜，生活機能方便且距離東京鐵塔不會太遠。”

“入住前皆已填好資料，中間幾次要求給密碼，卻遲遲不給。直到入住當填晚上22:00點都未能取得密碼，提供的聯絡電話都是語音找不到人，非常麻煩且不專業。交通及住宿環境都尚可，就是得冒著付了錢找不到聯絡人，還進不了房間的風險。請慎思”

“The apartment was clean, cane with everything we needed. The pocket wifi was an absolute life saver when our xell phones wouldn't work. They were in good contact times with me, and even told me i forgot a pair of socks. A+.”

“My family and I had a wonderful experience with this stay. It was conveniently located very close to many attractions as Shibuya Crossing,Tokyo Tower and a 30 min drive to Disneyland. The host was amazing with instructions and cleanliness of the place as they came midweek to clean and restock towels. It was so comfortable with the beds and the shower. If you never been to Japan and this is your first type of place you’re staying in make sure you understand how the hot water works for the shower.……

“There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. ”

“Arrived for our stay after a long flight, looking forward to some rest. It was late Friday night and cold outside. Sleeplab never communicated how to access room and when we arrived, we had to look up phone numbers to call. Fortunately my wife is Japanese and can speak Japanese. All the phone numbers listed, no one answered. We ended up somehow contacting someone whom set up the website for this place and referred us to another number…but ultimately was never able to reach anyone whom could help……
