「The apartment was clean, cane with everything we needed. The pocket wifi was an absolute life saver when our xell phones wouldn't work. They were in good contact times with me, and even told me i forgot a pair of socks. A+.」

「My family and I had a wonderful experience with this stay. It was conveniently located very close to many attractions as Shibuya Crossing,Tokyo Tower and a 30 min drive to Disneyland. The host was amazing with instructions and cleanliness of the place as they came midweek to clean and restock towels. It was so comfortable with the beds and the shower. If you never been to Japan and this is your first type of place you’re staying in make sure you understand how the hot water works for the shower....

「It is nice apartment complex. I am comfortable during the two days stay. The only register and communication with the property agent is really bad. The agent doesn’t care to explain how to register at the iPad at the door in order to get the code. It take almost an hour or two to figure it out 」

「Very comfortable apartment with cozy two bedrooms and comfortable beds, a lovely living room and dining area with access to a balcony and a good kitchen and bathroom. And located in a good neighborhood!」

「The rooms is very comfortable place, keep very clean, just need 10 mins to Shimbushi Station. Near the station has many hrs open restaurant and pub opens at midnight that we can have beer and meal at very late night. The owner is a very nice person, nice to chat and we have had an awesome night to talk about Hong Kong Politics Protest situation. Thanks for all support to H.K.」

「Arrived for our stay after a long flight, looking forward to some rest. It was late Friday night and cold outside. Sleeplab never communicated how to access room and when we arrived, we had to look up phone numbers to call. Fortunately my wife is Japanese and can speak Japanese. All the phone numbers listed, no one answered. We ended up somehow contacting someone whom set up the website for this place and referred us to another number…but ultimately was never able to reach anyone whom could help...
