"We loved it! Only bad thing we have to say is we couldn’t stay another night because they were booked. Beautiful, safe, pools are relaxing and shaded for a break from the beach. Their beach is very limited but a block away there is easy access to a huge open beach. Highly recommend this hotel! They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad...
