No front desk. To check in you have to call the number displayed outside the entrance. Request for cash deposit but no front desk or receipt to issue to customer. Insisted to transfer deposit online, causing a lot of delay and time wasted. A lot of ants in the room and bathroom. Sink is to small for adults. No towels and toiletries racks. No drinking water and kettle in the room. Room is extremely small and no chairs. Wondering what that cash deposit for when there is not even drinking water, no mini fridge. Terrible product and service. There’s plenty of better budget hotels with the same price. Highly not recommended.

Overall experiences so..so
Stay for 3days but mistake only 24hour given to unlocked the hotel door.Air cond & tv remote has no batteries/ batteries weak no hand towel for use..more worse no elevator , not suitable for oku / physical disabled
