"The staff is so amazing and accommodating. We got stuck in town due to an "one in five or six year snow storm" and the staff was amazing about getting us booked for another night. The property has a bar and restaurant that was phenomenal. It's also right in middle of town so very walkable. Room was large and clean. Just an outstanding property and staff. Highly recommend and Deirdra was a wealth of knowledge about where to go for any and everything!! Five stars!!"

"The lake and property are stunning. That alone is a reason to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was always wonderful. It is located near the National Park. The hotel room was large and had a comfortable bed. The staff in the smaller restaurant were poorly trained. It took15 minutes for them to arrive with a menu. We had to get up and go to them as we could never get their attention when we needed something. It took 3 tries to get a correct bill. I would recommend it overall."

"What's not to like about a long tree-lined drive leading to a beautiful Manor house surrounded by green grounds and pastures, with seating. High ceilings with rich wood, beautiful wall paper and draperies will transport you...but the facilities are first rate, very clean and lovingly cared for. The bar and restaurant are very good. "The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning.
